Mr. Zapp came out and gave us an estimate, and then scheduled a date to come back and do the work, when he found that a previous job was running over he actually called to re-schedule, that was refreshing we were used to companies just not showing up and then the consumer has to track them down. Mr. Zapp was courteous and did the job all in one day, and it cost just a bit less than his initial estimate,WOW! Thanks Marx Pools.

I have had a problem with my filter powder leaking back into the pool for 2 years. I consulted 3 POOL COMPANIES and refurbished the filter, but still had the same problem. Marx made a service call and suggested a possible solution and that if it did not work, he would install a new cartridge filter for around $200. I took his suggestion and it solved the problem. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME. THANKS MARX.

I GET GREAT SERVICE, AND HE IS EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DOES. HE CLEANS THE POOLS AND CHECKS AND BALANCES THE CHEMICALS. HE JUST DOES EVERYTHING. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE DOES.
