Was told 3 people were coming but only two showed up until a third came to collect payment. Promises were made and not kept. They said all trash would be removed, I made it clear we had bears but they took some and filled a yard can behind the garage. I had trash all over the yard. I was told they would clean the refrigerator for an extra $10. but when they arrived, they said they couldn?t nor could they clean the inside of the windows. Said they used their own microfiber cloths but used my paper towels. On and on. If you use them, be sure to get your list of projects in writing!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
We were expecting four people, but only two showed up. One of the maids called the owner and asked for more help. The owner did show up and helped with the cleaning. Toward the end of their allotted time, they took a few shortcuts resulting in a couple of baseboards not being dusted. The maids were very polite and were hard workers while on site.
