asking price. We have used many realtors on previous houses we sold over the years.
However, Kim was the absolute BEST! She is very knowledgeable,
efficient and willing to give advice and help. She did a good job in
staging the house and advising us on what improvements we should make.
Kim was good at quickly replying to texts. When we moved out of state,
