Kathleen Gallagher-McIver closed on my house while I was in London and she made that happen. I first met her in January and she picked me up and showed me around Orlando. We stayed in touch by e-mail and was going to look at rentals but decided to buy. Two days later she showed up with three houses for sale and we chose one. She found us a mortgage broker on a Saturday evening! She is Superwoman in terms of what she does. She contacted a Bank Manager and had him speak to us on the Saturday night. She really worked with me.
