Our process would start with him sending me a list of properties, sometimes several a day, based on our search criteria. I would check them out online and then choose the ones I was interested in and then we would schedule appointments to see them. He would also suggest other properties that I might've overlooked and such. He was always very punctual and I was really impressed at his willingness to work outside of the area where his office was (I lived in Maitland and was looking for a property in Apopka). We went through several homes before I found one that I liked. We put an offer in, but it was outbid by another buyer (this happened several times actually). Undaunted, we pressed on, and eventually we we informed that the higher bidder on one of the other homes I had made an offer on had followed through. Joe informed me immediately and we re-submitted an offer this time that was accepted.
After that, he did an excellent job of managing getting the inspections and everything else performed while I was out of town on business, emailing me the reports, photos, etc. I really appreciated how he was very willing to work via email and phone and kept track of the mountains of minutia associated with buying a home.
When I ended up having issues with my bank completing the loan process (no credit issues, just bank slowness), he recommended a firm to me that was able to get the loan completed in a very short amount of time so that we could still close as originally scheduled.
In short, if you are looking for a realtor, call Joe. He was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
