It was actually a really good experience. He had set it up and if I got virus or something is happening that I didn't understand, I could call him up. His service is 24/7 where you could call him and he would remote in and fix whatever problem you were having at your convenience. He really was amazing, he was very proactive when it came to customer service because I'm not computer literate enough to know what I was doing when it slowed down a little bit. He would explain what it was and if there's something new that came out where it would benefit me as his client, he would send me an e-mail.I drop my laptops off to him and like four days later, he called me and said, "Come and get them." Everything's working fine and he explained to me the remote in so I could give him access. He talked to me and not at me. He worked with me and made sure that he was educating me along the way in that way, it would help him so that I can explain to him and he said, "If you can explain to me what's going on in a little more computer terminology, then I could help you quicker." Whenever you call him or leave a message, he either e-mails you, texts you, calls you back or something to let you know, 'I've got your message and I'll be right with your issues.' He was very professional. We met at a restaurant just to discuss the basics because I didn't know who he was and when I dropped my laptops off at his house, he gave me the directions, he allowed me into his house and I met his family. I would refer him or use him again if I needed him.

Met on time, very well priced, excellent salesman, explained everything well, had everything fixed as explained on time, highly recommended, highly knowledgeable @ computers, will repeat customer visit.

I work with them all the time. They are great; Allen is great. They do various work; I purchased a lap top a couple years ago and they helped me set that up and had everything working. Whenever I have needed something, they have been able to get it for me. They do good work and I have been very pleased. I recommend them to others.
