H2o Experts

Having used them before I expected excellent service and I got it. This is a small business. I prefer to use a small local business if possible. I deal with the owner and my payment remains in the community. If you need sprinkler repair or a new system H2O is the business to use.

They are very professional. They knew what to do, they were very hard workers and they were very reasonably priced. It took them about 12 hours between two days to complete the work. I had a lot of interaction with the workers, they were very professional and kept me informed of what was going on. They would bring me out and show me things and ask how I wanted to proceed. It was a good experience. They cleaned up very well. They added a few tree rings to the sprinkler heads close to the road to keep them from being hit by cars so they went above and beyond what needed to be done. They even left me a few extra heads and showed me how to put them on in case I needed them.

They set proper expectations and completed the work on time. I found them to be affordable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them for future irrigation projects.

I would highly recommend Jeff McDonald at H2O Experts for any residential or commercial irrigation needs. I had an emergency mainline repair under an oak at Puff N Stuff Catering when the sun had already gone down. Jeff responded! The task was tedious and the situation was taken care of. Jeff is diligent, prompt and professional! I will call Jeff and H2O Experts everytime!! Thank you Jeff!!!

It went GREAT! There were 2 guys out here and within and hour they had found and fixed the problem as well as reset my timer for me on the zones. They also discovered (in finding the leak) 2 other zones I did not realize were there and after the fix brought me out and showed me where they were. They did NOT make a mess of my yard, were VERY polite and got the job done and were very affordable! I would most def. use them again!
