The back end of my home was removed, they put in a floating floor and left my home partially enclosed for the past 2 years. My home has nothing attached to the floating floor and now that floor is drooping. They did not pull permits and the county has been on me to get this work completed. I have been to mediation with this company and still nothing has come out of this. The product quality was good but the application process was not. I would not recommend them to anyone. They will take your money and run.

There were a lot of sub contractors and they were very slow.

We did not contract with this company. We did not even allow them to finish the quote. After over 1 hour of lies, I ended the conversation. Understand, their product Miracle Glass Windows is a good product. I researched windows extensively before I had any company out to give bids. However, after researching companies sales practices I was shocked to discover that customers in Tenn. and Texas had experienced the same sales tactics that I did. For example, I was told that the ''big guy'' was coming to town the next day and that he could reduce my overall price by taking money out of the advertising budget and using my job as advertising, saving me a lot of money. I have no idea if their installation is worth their price, but I will not deal with contractors that are not honest.
