Overall we feel the experience was successful. We heard horror stories of short sales and overall we did not experience that. Paul's calm manner kept us optimistic. It was a a larger amount of work as buyers than previous buying experiences. In a short sale the bank holds all the cards and you never see them. So being the one with the cash is not a power situation.
We have several small things to fix. One that I am sure was known to sellers and their agent did not state on the disclosure. However we expected that might be the case.

It went very well. At first, I was very stressed about buying a home, but Didem was very friendly and reassured me that even in this economy I can get my dream home. I already referred her to friends whom love her as well. She is awesome!
