Scheduling and communication with the office was professional and polite. Inspector was knowledgeable and helpful. The report provided told us what we needed to know, although I'm sure they would welcome any followup questions I might have. They were very pleasant to work with, and I would recommend them to friends based on our positive experience.

Shannon and the staff always treat us with respect and perform the agreed upon duties flawlessly. They go above all expectations.
All of the different Techs are on time, professional, thorough. They take the time to discuss any procedure, areas of concern. The office staff are wonderful.

THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL TO USE AS LITTLE PESTICIDE AS POSSIBLE TO GET THE JOB DONE AND MAKE SURE MY KIDS AND PETS ARE 100% SAFE. THEY ALSO COME WITHIN 24 HOURS WHENEVER I CALL FOR WASPS NESTING NEAR THE HOUSE OR ANTS FINDING THEIR WAY INSIDE.

THEY PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE (AND ARE SENSITIVE TO MY REQUESTS FOR NON TOXIC TREATMENTS, ETC.) I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT SHANNON AND BARRY AND CUSTOM PEST CONTROL.
