I way very pleased with the service I received from Carpet Rescue! They were punctual, professional, and the look of both my carpet and tile were like new after they were done! Even though the carpets were 20+ years old! The service was great and the price just right. I would highly recommend Carpet Rescue to anyone in the Orlando Metro area.

Everyrhing went great except for the attitude of the owner. Very poor! As a bussiness man you expect a better attitude.

Carpet Rescue came to the "rescue" and brought my carpets back to life. They always do an outstanding job and very willing to come back if something is not just right. I have been using Carpet Rescue for years and I'm always happy with the work and the price.

I received quality service for a phenomenal price. I just can not say enough about the quality of service I received and how affordable it was. They also do other things such as my shower. I could not have gotten it cleaner then they did no matter how much I would have scrubbed it myself. Thank you!

I do not have do all the rooms, just where people walk and certain rooms I think need it.

He is punctual, delightful and do a great job. When my kids and grandkids lived here, I had him every 3 months.

I was a bit disappointed with the results for the 4 area rugs cleaned by Carpet Rescue. We used the spray as recommended

by Carpet Rescue, in hopes it would get rid of smell on the padding side which was not present before the cleaning of area  rugs was performed, but it didn't work at all, and we had to get rid of 3 of the 4 area rugs. In the past we always had really good results for Carpet Rescue cleaning  our carpets, but this was the first time we used Carpet Rescue to clean the area rugs. 

     Although, I would recommend them for carpet cleaning, I can't for cleaning area rugs because I don't think they provided a good product or service this time at all. In fact we had to throw the  3 rugs away and now will have to buy 3 new rugs. Just not sure if

Carpet Rescue are truly experts when it comes to cleaning area rugs as they advertise on their website.

After my kid had an "accident" on the bed I needed to get it cleaned the right way and soonest.  I called Carpet Rescue they were able to come the same day.  Fair price, explained what he was doing and give us some tips.  I am confident that my $2k mattress is clean, and bacteria is not growing inside.

Carpet Rescue bought CSS Carpet Services which I have used for a least 15 years.  CSS maintained very high standards and Carpet Rescue does the same.  They will continue to be our carpet cleaning service.

Before coming they let us know when they would get here, they were punctual and did professional work in less than two hours.  Was surprised it only took two men to do all that in less than two hours.  The floors are beautiful.

They did an excellent job

I was very happy with the service from Carpet Rescue. I thought I'd try them since my regular company didn't have an opening and I'm so glad I did. Not only was my carpet cleaner than I've ever seen it... it was very fast and  they seem to do so much more than I expected :) -- I was wondering if I'd be surprised by any hidden charges but it was the opposite... I was given a few special add-ons for free.

I really liked these guys. They were very careful and did a great job. I really appreciated the work they did. I had some friends coming and one was extremely allergic to fur and they did a great job of getting my house ready for them. They were quick and really efficient.

Two gentlemen from the company performed services both times.  They were punctual, friendly, took great care around my home and were easy to work with.  I thought they were very reasonably priced both times they cleaned at my home.  They were quick and efficient and arrived exactly on time.  I will always use this company for carpet, upholstery and when I'm ready to have tile/grout I will hire them again. I am very satisfied with their customer service and performance.  In June 2010 they cleaned carpets in my living, dining, family rooms, office, 4 bedrooms and 2 bonus rooms.  They also treated my carpets with enzymes.  In September 2010, I had them clean a white love seat, 3 stuffed chairs, 8 dining room chairs, an ottoman and 2 expensive oriental rugs that had some stains and mold.  I also had them apply stain shield for all furniture.  I am very pleased with the condition of my furniture and carpets.

Very happy with the service and a job well done.  I appreciated their personal service, and their attitude to exceed expectations.  I found them to be trustworthy and would have no problem leaving a key for them to perform work while I'm not home if necessary.  I will definitely use again as these are traits I look for when hiring a company and spending hard earned money for services in a tough economy.  Thank you gentleman!

They did a very good job. They were very efficient. It was more expensive to have them come out on an emergency call, but it was worth it. I would use them again.

These two CSS gentleman are such a great team and do such high quality work. I can barely recognize our house when they finish, it looks so much better, and the price is great, too. I found them about five years ago and call on them two to three times a year. I wouldn't consider using anybody else.

Setting up the appointment was easy. Arrived right on time ready to work. Did a walkthru. The 2 men worked very well together. Cleaned spots left by former owner. Carpets were in good condition but now look new! They were quick and efficient. I also had them apply enzyme treatment since former owner had a dog. Price was reasonable for the very good experience. Crew was thorough. Will use again for upholstery needs.
