Douglas Atkins and his office at RE/Max in Winter Springs practice Immoral activities by keeping buyers down payments on homes when they can not get approved for a loan or when they are a cash buyer and don't have the funds in the time allowed, even though they brag about it being legal, they are seriously Immoral for keeping it.
