James was courteous and professional. He gave described what work he would do and gave us a quote. He and his men were punctual and kept the schedule. The job ran into some difficulties but James arranged for someone to come and perform the required work to touch up and complete the job. Although the job ultimately took longer than planned James was always helpful and the result was what he promised.

James was great from the start! After contacting him he responded quickly to give us an estimate. He explained in detail the process and what it would entail, and he was able to begin within the next few days. He and his crew were very timely and polite. They took care to protect our furniture and flooring and were careful to clean up afterwards. James reviewed with me the work he had done to make sure we were satisfied. He additionally answered questions that I had about other areas in our home. Everything looks great!

Provided timely service with cleanup after job was done. They matched the texture perfectly. No the cheapest bid but definitely top notch work.

Repaired various sections of my ceilings.  I had installed speakers in my living room ceiling and was forced to cut holes to feed the speaker wires, James and his crew did a fantastic job bleeding in the popcorn so it looked as if it never happened.  I also had an electrician break a hole in my garage  ceiling which is flat, and they were able to skip coat that seamlessly.  In my master bath, James and his crew did all the finishing touches for the ceiling.   It all looks original and you can hardly tell these areas were repaired at all.

These guys did a phenomenal job on the repair. Where they replaced the drywall, they applied the knockdown texture and you could not tell the difference where the repair was vs the existing ceiling. Bravo! Absolute Drywall does great work.

Results are great, albeit messier than I thought. Was quickly able to have painter take advantage of orange peel placing and got the whole house painted on time.

It all went very well. First calling james for a estimate he was very fast coming over the same day to look at the work that needed to be done and calling back the next day with a estimated price. This was my second time using Absolute drywall. They patched several holes in my ceiling and cleaned up some edges and other drywall spots. Also sprayed knockdown in my entire living room. looks amazing and I would def. recommend their service to anyone.

Called James for a quote and he quickly got back to me. Gave me a quote and started a few short days later. He showed up on time and he and his crew got right to work repairing and hanging new drywall where needed. There was alot of work needed to fix the walls and patch the ceiling where we had a wall removed. They mudded up and came back the next day for the final layer, sanded where needed and put the new texture on. Long story short, you cant tell where any of the work was done. It looks like it has always been the way it is. I would highly recommend Absolute Drywall to any one needing drywall work done.

Went very well. James was very nice and came by on a minute notice when i called b/c he was in the area! James gave me a good quote and came by 2 days later to do the work. James fixed some drywall work i had done previously b/c he wanted the job i hired him for to look completely right! He added more drywall mud and sanded down a bunch of stuff. Also sprayed orange peel over every wall and gave me some pointers next time if i did some work myself. James was very informative and smart in his work. Walls came out great! I will be using him again on any drywall work!!

James showed up at 9:30am and tore out the old ceiling and had the new ceiling roughed in by 2:30pm. This was important since we were still living in the house during the project so it needed to be done quickly. They finished the seams the following day and removed all the trash and were done. They could have textured the walls but I chose to leave them smooth. Great work and great guy to work with. Highly recommended!!

My experience was very good. Everything went well from start to finish.

We are doing a gradual home remodeling over the last few months, and in doing so, I have discovered that there are plenty of people out there that SAY they know what they are doing, but in fact they do not. The granite countertop guys broke a pipe in my wall after shimmying my old sink too hard, causing a flood! An hour later they burned a hole in my cabinet. Then they hired a so called plumber to come and fix what they'd damaged and he messed up my plumbing so BADLY it was almost laughable.

That is the story of how I found my way to Angie's List...I hope you can avoid such troubles and stresses and wasted time and money by coming here FIRST! I called James at Absolute Drywall to fix the hole in my wall from my plumbing disasters. I really was going to be particular about this. All the above stated problems had taken a toll on me, esp since they were at the beginning of the school year and I had to go a week without water in my kitchen, trying to feed 4 kids. I wanted NO evidence on my wall that this had ever happened. The last thing I needed was a permanent mark on that wall to remind me of that week! James was so great on the phone...totally professional and encouraging. He seemed so qualified, probably over qualified for my relatively small hole to fix. He 'promised me' that you'd never be able to tell where that hole had been. And do you know what I said? and quot;I'm sorry sir, but the proof of the pudding is in the tasting, and I've been tasting some pretty bitter pudding lately! I hope yours is what you say it is!and quot; He assured me it would be.

James and his assistant Enrique came to my house for $60 and spent about an hour fixing my drywall. I just could not see how that was going to be alright...surely it would be at least barely visible, right? When they left, I waited a day for it to dry and painted it. Much to my surprise, you can NOT see even a tiny bit where that had been! I am AMAZED at their skill and would totally hire them again. They are miracle workers!

They were professional, neat, pleasant, and just exactly the type of people I like to have in my home doing work. If you have a Drywall issue, call these guys...you will not be sorry!

We were very pleased with everything done. It was done well, on time, and at a good price. While the initial quote was for $225, they did increase they tried to raise the price by $75. Since the quote was still reasonable, I agreed to $50. Over all, we got an excellent repair, and are we;; satisfied with the service.

I have used James Jordan of Absolute Drywall on several occasions as we have gradually remodeled our home. He has done ceiling repair, drywall and texture for us. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful, honest person he is, prompt, efficient, and the work is first rate. They also completely clean up when they finish, and protect all surrounding areas. I would never use anyone else for drywall, drywall repair, ceiling work and texture finish.

JAMES RUNS A GOOD SHOW. HE WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO GET STARTED, BUT WAS RELIABLE ONCE THE JOB BEGAN. THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP WAS QUITE GOOD, BUT A LITTLE SLOPPY. THE CLEANUP WAS NOT SO GOOD. JAMES IS TRUSTWORTHY AND HIRES RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES.
