White Lion Movers Winter Park

I called about a week in advance.  The operator and representative were less than friendly and professional.  I requested to be sent a copy of the contract I would be signing on the day of the move.  Three times.  Never got it.



I was told that I would receive a phone call "a couple days" before the move 'to confirm everything' and come less than 24 hours before the move, had not.  I called and asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor.  I was told that they were all in the field, and left a message about my concerns.



Several hours later, I had not received a return call, and not being satisfied with their demonstration of reliability, I called back and cancelled the move .
