I've been using them for years, and have found them to be the best auto
mechanic shop I've ever had. They're professional, fast and most
importantly, their prices are really fair. Sam, the owner, is always
extremely helpful! I highly recommend them. Thank God I never have to
find another auto-mechanic, because as long as they're in business and I
have a car, I will be using them for everything.

They're fabulous. We go to them all the time. They don't do anything that's not necessary. They'll call you ahead of time. They pick you up and drop you off. They're prompt and typically get things done within a day. They shop around for the best priced parts and don't gauge you.

Service was excellent. The alternator install on a Ford Escape is actually a complete nightmare as you have to remove the front axle. So this was not an easy job. I called on Thursday morning and dropped the car off that afternoon. I got it back on Friday at the end of the day. When I drove away the car sounded a little noisy under the gas pedal. I figured it was all the removing of the front axel and maybe had settle in a little. Over the weekend it just sounded worse. So I called on Monday and Samir told me to bring it in. I drove with the tech and he heard the noice. Samir assured me if I said the noise was not there prior then it wasn't. The car was ready in the afternoon. They replaced some bushings and re-alignment. When I pulled inSamir handed me the keys and said I was set to go. There was no charge and no question. The car sounded perfect and better than before. I was very pleased and can trust this mechanic. My neighbor has been going to him for 20 years and now I see why. There is a level of integrity and honesty here that is hard to find these days.

We brought the car in on Memorial Day (yes, they work some holidays), and got it back the next afternoon. And the only reason we didn't get it back the 1st day was because of the need to get parts from dealers that were closed. I've never had such prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced auto service before, and I'm never going anywhere else again. Sam Zinou (owner) and his staff are real professionals and just plain good people. While we were there to pick up the car, an elderly lady drove in with her little dog. She needed her AC fixed and had to leave the car there. A lovely young lady from the staff drove her and her beloved dog home. That was so nice! Oh, and Sam also sells used cars and is helping us find a 2nd car within our very limited budget. Love this place!

Back in 1997 a friend recommended Vimar to fix a Toyota I just bought as a back-up / haul stuff around car.
I took it to the dealer for the full check up and estimate to get it fixed up. The dealer gave me a written estimate for over $3,000.00 (I just paid $2,900.00 for it at an auction!) So on my friends advice I took it to Sammy at Vimar Auto Repair, He fixed everything for $647.00. It ran great and i drove it for nine years, then sold it to a friend and she is still driving it!
Over the years I have recommended Vimar Auto Repair to many friends and ever time they came back and thanked me for sending them to Sammy. My fiends daughters like going to him because he treats them with respect, and will always keep the old parts he replaced, to show then what he fixed, and make recommendations on safety, and how to improve performance and gas mileage.

Sami is also a good source of cheap, reliable cars. I bought a 2nd car from him, and my plumber has bought two now. He usually as 2-5 sitting around - or can find one for you as he has a great networking of other businesses in the field that he can call.

I am always VERY SATISIFED with anything Sami and VIMAR auto does. Sami is also a great guy to go to if you know someone that needs a cheap, reliable car. He often has 2-5 that he can sell - or knows someone he can acquire one from. I've bought a car from him and my plumber bought two.
