Have been in the house now for three years. From day one has issues with the build of this house. Had to reconstruct one of the bathrooms because the construction was just poorly done. Just lazy work, cheaply supplies used.Just had to have the septic flushed and was told the pipes are layed incorrectly. The septic pipe is going upwards which it should be going downward...I would not recommend this company to build anything, not even a dog house. The drip is still heard in the house. Can't afford to get fixed and from day one we told them about the issues. The flooring is buckled because they put the flooring down and set the kitchen cabinets on top of the flooring. Short cuts were done all thru the house and it's just ridiculous! This builder wants to save themselves money at the cost of your expenses! WARNiNG DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THeM U WILl ReGReT It. All of the fixtures under the sinks were all loose we found this out after we noticed water coming from under the kitchen sink. So my husband checked all other sinks and everything was just put in loose and left that way. Lucky we checked because that could have been catastrophic. The only thing that was good about the house was / is the floor plan! The shell was attractive but the construction IS POORLY DONE....Take heed to what I am saying and they will not help you to rectify anything! Now we are left paying the price! All the fixtures are rusted, so we will have to replace those... probably used scratch and dent appliances...imagine only 3 years and all these issues...BE AWARE OF THIS BUILDER and they aren't even builders come to find out they are flippers...after the fact my neighbor said she watched the build...it was a husband and wife and then whomever else they could get to finish it off...trying to find out and will find out who inspected this house...shame on them. UNHAPPY MASCOTTE HOME OWNER the walls are paper this, can literally be sitting in the front living room and hear the conversation in the garage...

This was our experience. We purchased a new constructed home. Didn't realize until after moving in how poorly constructed the house is. Have been in the house for 6 months and already have plumbing issues that they will not uphold the year warranty. Tammy never returned any of my calls...I was cursed out by Jack and said I was harassing him because I wanted the problem fixed. There is running water coming from the tub that he said he would fix and to date he will not answer calls or texts. They are untrustworthy and now I have to fix my own problems with no help of them. I would not recommend getting anything built by them. They flip homes and dont care of the quality...BE WARE!

Tammy told me she could do the job. Would get back to me when the replacement siding was procured. She never got back to me and now she is accepting no calls, mailbox is full. Left me hanging

Very well They found one or two problems with our floor But they fixed them And the job was performed very well

Promptly responded to my email. Surveyed the job a couple of days later and made the repair the next day. Would recommend and use again.

I was very impressed with Tammy's professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I asked for. I originally wanted to put down wood floors but after speaking with Tammy and learning from her knowledge and expertise I decided to change to tile flooring. I couldn't be any happier.

It was perfect. Very easy to deal with did a good job. I would recommend them.

It was very good. She was very detail oriented. Did her homework about residencies. She was instrumental to speed up financing and closing the transaction.
