Very late with deliver, no phone call, delivery people aren't very friendly and speak Spanish around you. They don't seem to know what is going on. There are nicks on my entry wall and the furniture was received very dusty.
Description of Work: The sales part was great, but the delivery experience was awful. The delivery crew was very, very late, with no phone call. When they arrived, they ran around like they didn't know what was going on. They yelled and talked at each other in Spanish. They were unable to answer simple care for instructions. I love thomasville furniture, but the delivery was unlike anything I have seen. Thomasville should train their people in how to speak English to customers.

I'VE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. IT WAS GREAT. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL IT WAS THERE. THEY WERE ALL GREAT. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A BED FRAME. THEY CAME IN AND SANDED THE WOOD.
