It couldn't have gone better. Bill arrived on time for the initial consultation and the installation, and after the installation was finished he explained how everything worked. He is an authorized dealer for all of the products he installs so if there are any equipment problems we call him.

I never owned a pool or spa so I stopped by a local Pool Supply company and they recommend The Spa Man. He arrived when scheduled, was friendly and professional. He checked. cleaned and filled the spa. He was patient and explained what was needed for maintenance. He helped me select and order a new cover and delivered it about a week later. I would have been happy to purchase chemicals and filters through him but he has not stayed in contact so I have been getting these items at the supply store, but would definitely reach out to him if I had a problem with the spa.

He found the problem (rats had eaten wiring, heater leaking, pump not working) ordered the parts, returned, installed the parts in a difficult location (spa is surrounded by a deck and he had to crawl under framing to get to the guts of the spa. He cleaned up everything, programed the controls and it works great. This is an expensive spa and well worth the time and effort to bring it back up to like new operating condition.

The pool service guy had installed the heater initially. He does a very good job and he is very professional. I have and I will use his services in the future too.

Paid $85 for the estimate which was deducted from the final bill. Bill and Greg showed up early and did a professional job. The truck was well equipped. There was a need for some small parts that couldn't have been known when the estimate was given (the pump motor was burned out so there was no way to see the worn parts).

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY FIXED WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX THE FIRST TIME. THE WORKERS SEEMED TO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THE OVERALL QUALITY WAS GOOD.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. OUR SYSTEM NEEDED MAJOR REPAIRS SO WE WERE ONLY CHARGED A SERVICE CALL AND THAT WILL BE APPLIED IF WE DECIDE TO FIX OUR SYSTEM.
