David provided excellent service and help. The purchase and delivery were carried out flawlessly.

The sales woman, Melanie Barrett, was knowlegeable and pleasant. The mattress was delivered when I wanted and the deliverymen were very polite and helpful. They not only allowed me ample time to put the bedskirt on, they helped. They even offered to wait so that I could vacuum under the bed first. (I had already done that the day before.)
If you go the the store in Winter Park you can tour the factory and see the mattresses made. I only took the virtual tour on the Internet as I went to the store in Lake Mary. I would recommend The Original Mattress Factory in a heartbeat!!!!
I went there on my daughter's recommendation as she also loves the mattress she purchased there.
The last time I bought a mattess (from Mattress One) the delivery men were extremely impatient and could not get away fast enough. And with the memory foam in it there were permanent depressions in the mattress after ONE night. Although it was a Sealy it was the most uncomfortable mattress I ever owned. After less than a year I could tolerate it not longer. And it cost about the same as the Original Mattress Factory mattress.

I highly recommend them. They have high quality products and they are not high pressure. They will educate on the mattresses. Their prices are great and their staff are very friendly. If you want to see how the products are made they will take you back in the factory and show you its really interesting.
