We contracted with Superior Aluminum to "screen in" a 256 square foot front porch with an 6 fort wide retractable, motorized entry screen. The work was completed on time and on budget by a professional team of Michelle, Warren, Joaquin, Tom, Ellery, Billy, Tyler and Larry. Each of the above was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and skilled in both their products and installation. The finished product exceeded our expectations and the overall cost and time frame was less than anticipated. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior Aluminum and their crew to anyone desiring a quality product at a reasonable price.

Work quality and customer service were excellent. The work crew was courteous and very professional. They performed above and beyond expectation. The price was a bit outside of my budget but I did not mind paying because the service and quality of the product were excellent. At the end of the day, I believe I got some good value for my money. The office staff is very accommodating and the warranty is very strong.

Never will understand why it takes so long to second measurement when ordering windows and then for the manufacturer to deliver the product. Should not have to ask to have the window stickers removed from the windows when they are installed. Especially windows high up near the vaulted ceiling. Otherwise excellent work.

We are happy with the windows. Installation went smoothly, the installers were professional. We really only had one complaint and that was the length of time it took from the time we paid 2/3 of the cost until the windows were installed- about 3 months, which was about 6-8 weeks longer than they told us. We found out that they didn't even submit the permit paperwork to our city until 5 weeks after we paid the 2/3 cost. We weren't truly in a hurry- the thing that bothered me was that they never once called us to keep us informed. We only found out any info by calling them and sometimes they gave us incorrect info and had to reexplain later. So customer service wasn't nearly as good as it appeared it might be from the professional behavior we had seen when they sold us the Windows. The Windows are very good and I would probably use them again.

From the initial consultation with Stewart to the completion of the project it was a top tier professional experience. It is also noteworthy that the installation is performed by employees of the company and not subcontractors. Would highly recommend!

Upfront andd honest company. Quality product with great warranty at a great price.
