Horrible! First of all, after I signed a contract I was later told the prices increased and I would be responsible to pay the increased amount (bait and switch)!
Second, I was given an install timeframe of 2 weeks, it has been 8 weeks now and I still do not have my doors!
I have sent numerous emails and the responses have been short and quick to blame their supplier for ordering the wrong bathroom door (yet they have had my master bedroom door in stock for 6 weeks and despite my numerous requests, they will not installed it)! They are waiting on the other door to be ready, they do not want to send their installer out to my home twice.
I was given a tentative install date for both doors of 3/29 (I knew it was bogus to begin with, they were just throwing out a date to try to make me happy). Obviously, that install date never happened, nor did they give me a courtesy call to communicate they would not be installing that day!
The customer service has been horrible. I am the only one initiating communication and they are doing nothing but placing blame elsewhere. They will not take accountability for the fact they have ignored me as a customer, lied to me about pricing and neglected to deliver the doors I have paid for!
