Wow! It's always a scary hiring a company you can't find any reviews on. I am so so glad that I chose wisely. I chose Southern Title & Abstract to handle the title search and closing of the sale of my parents home after they passed away, solely on the basis that they mention their fee structure on their website and that they have been in business for a long time. It was a risk and it turned out wonderfully! Leah was in communication with me via email from the very beginning and kept me informed as to what was going through out the whole process. It couldn't have easier. Even the buyers said they couldn't believe how easy it was to deal with them and said they wished the banks were as easy. I would recommend Southern Title & Abstract to anybody buying or selling a home in the Orange County area.
