If cost and incomplete work is not an issue for you, you should definitely give the “ServiceMaster” a call. They fixed our plumbing leak, but did not meet their service guarantee or come anywhere near the quoted cost. I understand a quote is a quote, but nearly doubling a price and not completing the job as stated it would be is absolutely absurd. I had a leak under my foundation and the ServiceMaster team was able to come out right away. I felt blessed but ultimately found out why they had such availability. I understood this was not going to be a cheap job. I took pictures and contacted a number of different plumbers once the referred leak detector found the origin of my problem. ServiceMasters offered the best price and I felt comfortable having met them in the morning. They quoted a 3-hour rate ($500) that included repair of the concrete foundation just like every other plumber that I called that day with the expectation that I would need to replace the tile on my own. If they went beyond the 3-hour mark, there was an additional hourly charge ($95/hr). They were able to fix the leak within the 3-hour window, which required drilling through our tile floor and the foundation of the house. After fixing the leak, they stated they would clear the debris and fill the soil back in but would not repair the concrete slab. They also charged us nearly double (quoted $500 and charged $925) because there was a second person with him who was clearly training. The “ServiceMaster” left my living room with a 3 foot by 3 foot hole. Hopefully this review is read before another person trusts them to complete a job.

Technician arrived and diagnosed without ever touching to heAter. Stated they did however manufacturer stated no such called had ever been received. Replaced thermostat unnecessarily and hot water heater went out again in a few days. Upon contacting manager and requested that someone come out again also requested to be credited on the next repair for the unnecessary labor charge. Manager became rude and defensive. Stated I was lying that he knows his technician contacted the manufacturer. It was have been a simple matter of contacting the manufacturer to verify no such call took place. Manager told me to "call someone else " to repair his faulty work. Which results in my being out of the labor cost.

Diagnosed problem without even touching the hot water heAter. HeAter still under warranty and proper procedure is to contact the manufacturer , follow their diagnostic steps to find the problem. Stated they called however manufacturer states no such call took place. HeAter went out again in a week. After determining what the actual cause was Service Master refuse to credit labor cost for the unnecessary work to the proper repair. EXTREMELY RUDE !!! I should have read their google reviews first. Do not use them unless you have cash to burn. Save time and just set your cash on fire.

I called Service Master as recommended by my water heater manf. and they were able to fit me into the schedule on the same day.  The tech.. arrived as schedule and was able to correct the problem within the 1 hour intial service fee of $75.  I paid for the parts and the hot water heater has been working fine since being fixed.

It was great.  I believe my technician's name was Jason that came out to quote and for the repair (I have his card somewhere, just not handy at the moment).  He was on time and professional.  While he wasn't the schnazziest dressed person performing estimates at my house, I felt good knowing that I was getting an estimate for work from the person doing the work themselves, not some sales person who dresses too nicely to get dirty to ensure they're being accurate but wants to pump up their bottom line.  

They were quick and cordial, and they were also able to clearly demonstrate their knowledge by perhaps the most hands-on estimate I've seen (hence, the less than schnazzy clothes).  Had I owned the house at the time, they would have been willing to source the parts and make the repairs that day.

Once I bought the house I scheduled the repair Jason was out the next day on time as promised.  He was just as nice as he was with the estimate.  Given that he was the one who gave the estimate, there weren't any surprises with the repair.  He walked me through what he did and was also great in prioritizing my list of other plumbing repairs as well.   I will call request him next time I need a repair.

Quick to come out, nice technician BUT he reinstalled the handle so that it worked opposite of how it was supposed to (the handle turned up to turn it on instead of down like the other handle.) He admitted later that he had used the wrong part. He did come back and fix it. This was the second time this company installed a faucet that worked backward. You'd think I'd learn my lesson!

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME PROMPTLY, AND I HAD CALLED OTHER COMPANIES. THEY WANTED TO FIX IT OVER THE PHONE, AND I CALLED THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT AND FOUND THE PROBLEM. HE WENT AND GOT THE PARTS AND CAME RIGHT BACK AND FIXED IT.

THE COMPANY WAS NICE TO WORK WITH FROM THE PHONE CALLS TO THE ACTUAL PLUMBERS THAT WERE SENT TO MY HOUSE...BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT MY PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED AND I WAS CHARGED A LOT OF MONEY AND STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM
