Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
Replaced all the screens on our front porch Quickly and for a good price. We had previously used them to replace screens on a pool cover in Oviedo. We recommend them highly.

These guys were awesome !!

When a large tree took out our pool enclosure and damaged a large area of our property, they showed up on time, removed all the destroyed screen and framing, and quickly restored our pool area to perfect condition.

My old screen material was quickly removed, and they replaced it with new screens on five panels and the aluminum door. They worked quickly and were done in just over a hour. It was very hot and sunny, and the workers were covered sweat, so when they were about finished I offered them cold sodas. I know my job was very small was compared to the work they normally do, but they knew their stuff.

These guys are awesome! They took on a job that other screen repair companies turned down - replace a top panel from the top of the cage in a tough to access area guarded by a thorny Date Palm tree. They also replaced a half dozen other damaged panels quickly and efficiently. They even threw in a free screen for one of the screen doors that had a tiny hole in it. The price was very fair and I'm very happy with their work.

I had contacted 3 different contractors requesting a quote for this work.
Screen Walkers were the only ones who both responded to my phone calls and gave me a reasonable estimate to repair the screen panel. They not only repaired the panel that had come undone but they also went over the entire enclosure and found a couple of more places where the spline was starting to come out of place.
I would hire Screen Walkers again, should the need come up for help with my Pool Screen enclosure.

I was turned down the first five companies I called. I was very thankful that they could do the work. It was excellently accomplished.

Any company can handle the easy jobs. What separates an ordinary contractor from an exceptional service provider is the ability and willingness to tackle more difficult, complicated tasks. When our two story pool enclosure needed repair, I contacted my pool builder and weekly maintenance company. Both gave me the names of two highly regarded companies with an established following on Angie's List. I called both contractors and when they heard it was a two story enclosure, neither one was interested in providing a quote. One company said that after a recent storm "business was too good" and they wouldn't be doing any two story enclosures for the foreseeable future. The other owner turned from gracious and engaging to disinterested and distant, clearly anxious to terminate the call as quickly as possible. Before hanging up the phone, he did provide me with the name of another company that might be willing to do the job. Joe Hawkins, the owner of Screen Walkers, immediately answered my call and set up an appointment to come by the next day. After being turned down twice, I warned him that the enclosure was 25 feet off the ground. His response was simple: "No problem. That's what we do."
The next day at the appointed time, Joe promptly arrived with his two man crew. He climbed up on the enclosure, scaling the walls and navigating across the roof with the confidence of someone walking on level ground. In the thirteen years since we built the house, the sun had taken its toll on the enclosure, turning once black screens into a shiny silver. (Joe cut out and brought down a section of the screen which tore like a piece of paper.) We plan on moving in several years, and I wasn't pleased by the prospect of having to replace the entire roof. However, fearful of what could happen during hurricane season, I quickly agreed. Given the size and magnitude of the enclosure, I was provided with a very competitive price and by no means unduly penalized for its height.
Relieved to be able to find a contractor willing to tackle the job, I didn't do any immediate reference checking. The next morning I logged into Angie's List and found that someone had left this company a very unfavorable review. The member fully admitted that no work had ever been done, so I decided to go ahead and keep the appointment. My personal experience with this contractor was entirely opposite. They were at all times polite, professional, and engaging. They paid attention to detail and were meticulous in their work. The job took the entire day and when they were done, the back of my home, pool enclosure and yard were spotless. I would enthusiastically endorse this contractor and use them again without hesitation.

Our pool screen cover was damaged by high winds on a Thursday. So I phoned our pool builder who referred us to a screen repair company. They said they would come over Friday to take a look. Due to the large quantity of damaged homes during that particular wind storm, they were not able to come until Tuesday. But were very efficient and professional. The work was done immediately. We were very satisfied and would recommend Screen Walkers to anyone.
