I used this service for a couple of years and the owners were very nice and responsive. However, I have a high maintenance household with a lot of pets and I am very picky about the cleaning. I think they are probably fine for an average home. I was frustrated because their service included only what was on their list and they did not deviate from it. For example, if they passed a wall with a hand print on it, they would leave it because "they don't clean walls". There was also a lot of change over of staff and I didn't like different people coming in my home every week. Their prices were very reasonable and unfortunately I am now paying considerably more for my weekly cleans. But the new company, albeit expensive, does the sort of indepth cleaning I want.

Have used this company for years on and off (mostly on). They started off great but towards the end service started to decline due to them getting comfortable and just doing a light surface clean instead of a deep clean. Price started off in the late 80s and gradually increased to 92 than one day to $96/month suddenly. The 2 main problems with this company is they don't take constructive criticism or customization of work well and they are not very professional (rude if don't agree with you and always either way to early or way too late). At first the manager was very involved but when that declined, so did the service. I tried 2 other service between them, but everyone else prices were much higher and they did the same thing. Now I'm on the hunt for a company that can do a detailed monthly clean at a fair price AND is open for criticism/critique (and will fix issues).

"We cleaned for Member on and off for nearly 4 years. We charged $92 for a team of 2 maids for bi-weekly cleaning, after having completed an initial deep clean. From April 2009 the customer changed frequency to monthly cleaning and the price increased slightly to $96. We frequently had issues with receiving payments for our services, and she would often cancel cleans meaning there were times where we would not clean for a few weeks."

The ladies arrive and identify who the supervisor is. They ask if I have any preferences for this particular cleaning or anything to watch out for before they start their work. They do not use harsh chemicals to work with. However, I do provide some additional cleaning supplies: Bleach, Windex, etc. that I want them to use. Some teams are better cleaners than others. But that I just tell the supervisor regarding a problem and she will have it corrected before they leave.

They are usually on time. The two ladies that usually come are friendly. The negative side is that it seems to be a "touch up" service. They only stay an hour and rush through the routine. Everything does not get dusted and once I think they forgot to mop one room. I use them because I don't know anyone better at the time.

It kind of varies who comes out each week. I think if you tend to like a group though they will try to get you with that one. The above cost is per week.

The cleaning ranged from excellent to unsatisfactory. Our 'regular' team of cleaners probably cleaned about 60% of the time and our preferences were not communicated to visiting teams. The final straw, which caused me to cancel the service, involved our 6-month-old Golden Retriever. We have cats and we keep the kitty litter facing the wall so the cats can get to it but the pup can't. (Dogs love to eat cat poop, for those unfamiliar!) A visiting team turned the litter box around and moved the couch that also blocked access. I didn't notice it, the dog got at the litter box and had liquid diarrhea for 2 or 3 days (and nights). The company has decent customer service, but this happened a month after our regular team had skipped two bedrooms and the master bath at one cleaning. I think with team consistency they would do better.

The company representative who came to the house to evaluate my requirements and the necessary time to perform my requests was extremely pleasant, efficient and professional in her approach. She specifically noted items that were to be treated with special care and/or not to be cleaned. The service performed on the first two cleanings has been satisfactory in every way.

I'VE ONLY HAD THEM OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES, BUT I'VE BEEN QUITE PLEASED. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ABOUT IT. THE PRICE IS FAIR, AND IT'S NICE TO COME HOME TO A CLEAN HOUSE.
