We have been looking on and off for two years (off due to pregnancies, job situations changing, etc) and yet she has joyfully stuck with us and been so kind. There has never been an ounce of pressure put on us for any house we've looked at. She has a critical eye for each house, but considerately waits for our thoughts before telling us hers unless there is a glaring concern she tries to point out. She completely has our best interest in mind and I know that anything that comes out of her mouth is from her heart and definitely not because she is trying to make a commission. She is truly a gem in the real estate market! We just put an offer on a home tonight, and I'm hoping this one finally comes through for our family!

Carol was amazing. She has been in real estate for such a long time in this area that she had an uncanny ability to predict what homes would sell for, and was a deep well of knowledge about the market, various builders, contracts, and had a vast network of relationships in the that proved to be a great resource for us beyond just buying a home. She was both professional and personal. We were not in a rush to buy, and let her know at the outset that we wanted to take our time to look at a lot of properties over a period of months before making any decisions. She was very accommodating and available, and took us to see countless homes without losing patience with our extensive research. She knew how to both give us her professional opinion on homes we visited, but we felt she stayed neutral and didn't pressure us one way or the other. When we first considered buying a home in Orlando, we were referred to Carol by quite a number of people, all of whom raved about how good she was. After our experience we are now saying the same thing to anyone we know looking to buy or sell here. You can't go wrong with her.

She went way above and beyond any kind of service I have ever received from a Realtor previously, and this is the 6th house I have purchased. I will tell all of my friends about her.
