The phone representatives were courteous and helpful. The electrician who did the work was also courteous, but arrived an hour later than I was told. He installed the fixtures and they seemed to work fine. But then I noticed that the motion sensors did not seem to work right. I called and they sent someone else out who immediately noticed that the fixtures were installed upside down. He corrected that, and this fixed the problem with the sensors. Another issue I had was the way they charge. If you use part of an hour you get charged for the whole hour. They should instead break it down into quarter hours. This (charging for a full hour) may be a common practice in the business, I don t know. I ended up using 10 minutes of an hour and paid for the whole hour.

Quinco rep was professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest. We had the problem during the Labor Day weekend and they recommended that we wait until a weekday to get the work done because it would much cheaper.
