The tech has a great skill. My mistake for not asking for a receipt for the work done. The tech should have given me one as well. I did text back for a receipt. The tech had a death in the family so he was out for a few days. I did inquire a week later, no reply. When I get my emailed receipt, I will make it 5 stars.

Josh arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem with our ice maker in our Sam sung fridge. He ordered the part, told us it might take Sam sung a bit of time to ship it to him, his office called about 10 days later, he arrived the next day and installed it. We have ice. While at our home he noticed the handle on our ge monogram wall oven was loose and he took care of that as well. He says he does all large appliances, I would call if again he we develop other issues.
