I left for dinner and my A/C was working and when I came home, the display on the thermostat was blank and the A/C wasn't running. After checking / resetting fuses, battery, etc. I called for an appointment (because their sticker is on the A/C) and they told me there would be a $69 diagnostic charge. I was told that the service rep would be here between 1 and 5 PM on Monday and he would call when he was in route and 30 minutes away. I took the afternoon off work to be home for the appointment. I called One Stop at 5:45 PM because no one had contacted me to that point. The phone agent told me that unfortunately the service rep was still on his last job. I told her it would be nice if someone would have communicated that to me prior to 5 PM and asked her what his expected arrival to my house was. She called the service rep and returned telling me he would be here by 7 PM and he would call when he was in route and 30 minutes away. Long story short, he showed up after shortly after 7 PM, walked in and asked what the symptoms were. I told him, he walked to were the unit was, raised the drain line up slightly and had me look at the thermostat which now had a display. He told me that my drain line was full of water and he hooked up a wet-dry shop vac and sucked all of the water out - total time 15 to 20 minutes. Signed a phone to charge the service to my credit card and was told I would get an email shortly with the repair description and charges. A few days went by and I sent a request for the receipt. Another week went by and I requested the receipt - especially now since I saw that 20 minutes of work (diagnostic & repair) cost me $179!! After 2 weeks and no receipt I called the office today and the gentleman that answered verified the email they had (it was correct) and sent it - I received it in less than 5 minutes after I hung up. I questioned the rate - I get it, I agreed to $69 diagnostic charge but $110 to wet vac the line for 15 minutes? He assured me that that is what they charge. I'm not sure what angered me most, taking off work and waiting for the service rep who was absurdly late, didn't communicate at all, and didn't apologize when he arrived over two hours late (he actually told me he was supposed to be at another appointment before mine and he moved me up front of that one) or paying a ridiculous amount of money to have my drain line shop vac'd for 15 minutes. Paying that much for that little, losing a half days wages waiting on poor communications and customer service, I will never use them again.

They improperly installed an AC handling unit. They make empty promises about fixing it and don't call back. I can't even sleep in my own bedroom because of the noise. I would not trust them and there are too many honest AC companies in Orlando to bother with a company that doesn't back up their work.

The company has not been able to resolve issues covered via their 2 year builder’s warranty by repeatedly missing service appointments and changing scheduled appointment times without communicating the changes to me. The HVAC system was not balanced properly upon install so certain rooms are much warmer than others (can be around a 10 degree or so difference). I have been trying to get a hold of the customer service manager since I have not been able to resolve these issues working with the scheduler but he will not return my phone calls. The company has missed a total of three service appointments. Also, upon informing the builder who hired the company to install the HVAC system about the issues I was having, the customer service manager made slandering remarks to the builder about me and fabricated stories claiming I made derogatory remarks to the scheduler, which is not true. The company has not been apologetic about these circumstances, has been very unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service.

I've been using them for about 17 years. Oh my goodness, they come out right away. But see, down here, they have to. It was a hot month. It was premium time. They came out late.

I use them all the time. For the price I don't really have much to compare it to. I'd give them an "A" overall and I'd use them again.

All went well administration took care of registration and rebates. The supervisor came out a couple of days later to ensure all work was completed to our satisfaction and answer any questions.

It started up before the guy came out here. I was ignorant to the fact that I didn't know the filters had to be changed monthly down here. I am originally from up North, and we would do a cleaning of the furnace once a year. I am learning as I go. I should've had the unit serviced when I bought the home.
I found that they were more or less a racket. The minute the guy came in, he said it wasn't working properly. He said it needed serviced and that I didn't need him. How would I know that? They didn't ask me any questions. He seemed to just carry on about how I needed service and that I needed to call someone else out and pay a different price.
He did do stuff. He was very nice and polite. He told me my unit needed a pulling clean. With a policy it was $407, and without a policy it was $320. I know people that have paid a lot more. The policy was $195 a year to come out three times a year for the cleaning, and still pay for the pulling clean. I talked to someone at work and had another provider come to do the cleaning. He told me I didn't have to have it cleaned on a regular basis, as long as I changed the filters every month.
It is still leaking a little bit, and neither one of them could tell me why that was happening.
It did take them a couple weeks to come out after I called. He was here early. I told the girl on the phone I would have to take time off of work because she said he would be there from 2-4. She said he could come from 3-5, and then he called me at 2:00 and that he was on his way. It was okay, it just seemed a little strange. I don't think they were terrible. He really didn't do a lot. He did do stuff, but kept telling me the whole time it wasn't his job. It was just an inspection, and he said it needed to be serviced. I explained everything over the phone, I couldn't help it. I just thought the whole thing seemed hokey. They kept trying to sell me on other things.
The gentleman was nice and they are local to the area. He's saying he went above and beyond what he was suppose to, but I don't know if he did. I'm used to something different. When I called and said I needed a cleaning, I would've assumed all of that would've been involved. If they thought stuff should've been repaired, he would've told me, and we could've taken that from there. I didn't really understand. He almost made me feel like he should've only been inspecting the unit. That's why I ended up getting another guy to come out. I am sorry I didn't have them come in the beginning.
I don't think that One Stop was very beneficial. I just felt like they wanted to get more money off of me.

They are pretty good. The warranty after the two years is $220. Its free maintenance for each year. This carries on for everything. Its a 25% discount, and everything is covered and the parts, except for the service call, which is $15.

All work completed in one day and this installation looks much better than the original with projected savings as much as $1,000.00 a year compared to my old system. Purchased this system through COSTCO which resulted in rebates totaling over $1,700.00.

I have used an employee that goes by the name Big Man for the last year and a half. He is beyond professional. He had to service both of the units while I had to watch my two kids ages 2 and 5. Big man treated the kids with respect and even gave them each a one stop teddy bear. Big Man always calls when he is on his way and shows up when he says he will be there. If you decide to use One Stop please ask for Big Man and you will not be disappointed.

We had them inspect our AC unit as a condition of purchasing a home. No recommendations made, 38 days later we found the AC unit leaking through the ceiling. We had to pay $208 to get someone out there to look at the issue again. They will not claim responsibility and now we are told FROM THE SAME COMPANY that we are recommended to replace the entire unit. I absolutely do not recommend this company for their trustworthiness or lack there of.

the first technician came out to perform a tune up on the unit. we told him of a problem we thought the unit was having. the unit was not shutting off. he did the tune up and replaced a contactor which he said was the problem. we had nice weather for a couple of days so the unit never came on. once the weather got cold again we discovered the problem was not fixed. the second technician came out and said the defrost board was bad and had to be replaced. this cost us about $450 to replaced. the part was ordered and he came back out and installed it. again, once the weather got cold the unit came on and never turned off. a third technician came out and looked at the problem, he said the thermostat was bad and the wiring from the thermostat needed to be replaced. he replaced both, but while he was replacing the wiring, he broke a water line and damaged some ceiling in two rooms. again, once the weather got cold, the unit never shut off. the technician came back out and said the accumulator was leaking and needed to be replaced. now I no longer trust them so I got a second opinion. the new company said the accumulator was leaking and he showed it to me. this cost me over $1000 to repair. then it got cold and the problem was still there the unit would not turn off. I called the second company back and they discovered the thermostat wiring had been installed incorrectly. once the wiring was corrected, the unit is running fine. the office personnel have never mailed me receipts for the work they did. the office was very un-responsive in offering to repair the ceilings. does this sound like a company you want to work with?

The service technician was personable and friendly.
Found no issues in the functioning of large unit, but claimed low voltage wire needed replacement. As this wire is outside and exposed to weathering, this seemed reasonable. After replacing low voltage wire large A.C. no longer functioned...subsequently found electrical short was the cause and charged $111.00 to "locate shorted wires." Apparently, the electrical short was caused by the repair procedure in replacing low voltage wire.
As an incidental issue, the original low voltage wire was coiled, which allowed the wire flexibility and give. The replacement low voltage wire is straight with limited give and flexibility in comparison to the original.
This company installed the original A.C. equipment in this house. While the large A.C. is used constantly, the smaller unit services a "bonus room" and is rarely, almost never used. The company recommends replacement of this smaller unit, as it is nearly ten years old, or a "leak search" on it for $160.00.
