I received a call from Oasis less than 5 minutes after posting looking for repair on our pump and within 24 hours of first contact James came and replaced pump He did a fabulous job and would recommend this company highly

Took 24 hours on a holiday week end for them to get in touch with me. Once they did service was fast and great. Everything is working great

Jim was very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. He also provided recommendations for better sprinkler system operation which was helpful to get the most out of the system.

Appointsments were made 3 times to have 2 sprinklers that had fallen below ground level and the dirt had to be removed to bring them up to the surface. However, the cost of $85.00 was extreme for a senior person. I was promised a discount because of the customer service delays. I wouldn't recommend this company...

Craig, the owner, was very friendly and professional. He gave me a good deal on a replacement pump and installation. There were some delays in getting the work done but he always kept me in the loop and even sent someone out on a Sunday to complete the installation. He also gave me an additional discount because the the delays. I would recommend them.
