Oasis Well Drilling & Irrigation

I didn't hire your company, my husband hired you and I was dragged along through the crap that unfolded. Your company cancelled two appointments on us and finally showed up for the third appointment. My husband had to miss several hours of work for you to be a no show. Our well is not even 5 years old and was installed by your company. The pump hasn't been working for over a month now and when you came out to problem solve it, your answer was it's dry. Our neighbor right next to us has a well and is getting water! Then you charge us $675 plus $75 for your visit???

I received a call from Oasis less than 5 minutes after posting looking for repair on our pump and within 24 hours of first contact James came and replaced pump He did a fabulous job and would recommend this company highly

Took 24 hours on a holiday week end for them to get in touch with me. Once they did service was fast and great. Everything is working great

Jim was very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. He also provided recommendations for better sprinkler system operation which was helpful to get the most out of the system.

Appointsments were made 3 times to have 2 sprinklers that had fallen below ground level and the dirt had to be removed to bring them up to the surface. However, the cost of $85.00 was extreme for a senior person. I was promised a discount because of the customer service delays. I wouldn't recommend this company...

Contractor was very professional, did not cut any corners, and explained enough that I did not need to ask questions along the way...I have some aging sprinkler heads, and when it is time to finally replace them, I will be calling Oasis back!

"Fish" came out the same day. Worked quickly and with expertise. Would hire them again if the need arose. Called back quickly.

Craig, the owner, was very friendly and professional. He gave me a good deal on a replacement pump and installation. There were some delays in getting the work done but he always kept me in the loop and even sent someone out on a Sunday to complete the installation. He also gave me an additional discount because the the delays. I would recommend them.

I had a pretty good leak coming from my well pump. Oasis sent someone out, they repaired it the same day. Steve was very knowledgable and friendly. I recommend them for your needs and will use them again when seeking a professional to deal with any issues related to my well pump system. Thanks Oasis
