Michael's Painting And Cleaning

After having gone through 3 other painter's estimating to paint the interior of my home for some RIDICULOUS and OUTRAGEOUS price, I was given Mike's number by a close friend. Two weeks ago, I called him and asked if he would come out and give me an estimate on painting the interior of my home. He came out the very NEXT day! It took at least a week for the other guys. On top of it, He gave me a flat out SQUARE FOOTAGE PRICE - something that NONE of the other 3 painter's would do. I didn't have any furniture in my house yet (we are just moving in), so he told me in that case, he'd do it for $0.75 a SQUARE FOOT! I saved so much on the inside of the house, I was able to go ahead and get the outside done too! I have a 3,000 square foot home with custom crown moulding, banisters, etc... so I expected to spend a pretty penny for just the inside. Now, I was a little doubtful as to what his quality would be, simply because his price was so much lower than the others. But after meeting him, he was clean, polite, and well spoken. First impressions are everything to me and I consider myself to be a pretty good judge of character, so I went with my instinct and hired him. Needless to say, I'M EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!! Not only did he NOT get a single drop of paint on any of my floors, he even cleaned up a coffee stain FOR FREE that was in the carpet when I bought the house (a lovely gift from the bank indeed, lol!). He got my interior and exterior done in a week, including caulking the hairline cracks in my stucco and around my windows (which fixed the small leak coming from my back window, by the way). He even left me some touch up paint in my garage before he left - aside from that, you wouldn't even have known he was ever there! I've dealt with other painter's over the years, and I can say, without a doubt, Mike and his crew are THEE cleanest and most considerate painters I've ever dealt with. Thank you Mike - and to all who are looking for quality, cleanliness, reliability and punctuality from a handyman/painter? MIKE IS THE GUY TO CALL!!!!! My house is now GORGEOUS on the INSIDE & OUT!
