Maintance of lawn. I'm 81 and cannot do it myself any more. I have had several different companies take care of my lawn. some of the big one and some of the small ones. One of the big ones distroyed my lawn. My son recomended Mayday's I am glad he did. My lawn has never, never Looked so good. You have heard the song the grass is always grener in the other fellows yard. That no longer applies to me. My grass is now greener than anybodies yeard!!!!!

This a great company to hire for lawn treatment and any other service they provide. My grass was looking horrible and they brought it back to life. Also, they are reliable and show up when they are suppose to. Will continue hiring them in the future.

Not well. These are nice folk, but are reactive, not pro-active. The gentleman that has mowed my lawn for the past 12 years said he has never seen the lawn look so bad. When I spoke with Jason regarding the poor condition, the large brown spots, the large amount of dead grass, his response was that we had a lot of rain and the grass was eaten by bugs and had a fungus. Well, If i am paying you $170,00 every 2 months, then get out to the house and make sure you spray for those items - especially when you know the what the weather is as you live in the area. Don't wait until the damage is done. As I said, nice folk, but may have too much work to handle issues that come up like ...rain.

"I always appreciate honest reviews but yours Sir is not. First of all, 2 things to mention, You received 3 treatments which ended in September 2017 (and now a review). You didn't even communicate with me again despite my calls, which is usually not enough time to correct issues. Secondly, Florida guidelines under Best Management Practices to reduce Pesticides states not to apply pesticides when not needed, and definitely not during heavy rains (contact the Department of Agriculture or Local County Extension to verify this). None stop rains produce more fungus than chemical controls can handle. I never found or told you there was insects in your yard, but it was only fungus/disease from the none stop rains. The Lawn was in terrible condition when you hired us and despite the drought damage from your poor irrigation that you kept fixing, it started to look better until we had a very wet season following. Ironic that you never mention the yard looked far better before the rains started. I do hope you find someone that can help your unreasonable request."

Excellent. We've tried all of the "big box" services, giving each a 1 year contract and have never received the service or results that Mayday's has achieved. Jason is customer oriented and when he services our lawn he not in-and-out in 10 mins or less like the others. And, our lawn continues to look better and better.

Needed help maintaining my lawn. Met with Jason very bright young hard working and gentleman. Pretty specific, I wanted the best lawn in the neighborhood. So far so good is responsive and very friendly. Would recommend them in the future

I called Mayday pest control Tuesday morning and Jason was at my home in a flash. I was so happy that I was able to get service the same day. The ants were out of control at my home, and I wanted them gone right away.
Jason educated me on the habits of ants and other bugs that crawl and fly into my home. I have a better understanding of how the weather plays a role in their existence.
He sprayed my home and gave me a trap for the ants. I am sure the ants will look for somewhere else to go because Jason has the chemicals that will keep them away.

I contacted Mayday and Jason based on Angie's list reviews and the fact that it is owner run and operated. I was tired of the big companies and sales pitches. Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. My yard looked pretty bad. He assured me it wasn't a problem and he could fix it. After just the first treatment and 2-3 months my yard looks brand new!

Jason May is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what he does. He can see issues with the lawn before they become a problem and he educates the homeowner on proper care of the lawn so that problems don't develop. He does not just dump fertilizer and weed control on your yard and leave. He evaluates the yard every time he provides service to identify potential issues. He is readily available by email, social media and phone when I have a concern and he quickly addresses any issues that do come up. Mayday's is now offering inside pest control and termite protection which I have added to my current service. I highly recommend and support this local company. You will be very pleased with the level of service you receive fro Mayday's!

We hired the service at the point where our lawn needed the most care. It was ruined during last summer , we resoded it and Mayday took complete care of it since then. He is very knowledgible , expert in his field. Our lawn has improved a lot during this one year with his timely care. The lawn under the shaded oak tree area is also taking nice roots due to the lime treatment done by Jason. We can't thank him enough!

I have a large yard so they charge $390 yearly. They are wonderful! He is here when he needs to be, he is here if you call him if you have a problem, he is personable, and he is young. It's a good start for him and his wife. The price is competitive. He actually used our lawn in a picture last year.

Maydays is a full service landscape company, not only do they provide excellent lawn maintenance but also fertilization services. My lawn has never looked better!
They are very efficient and neat, they not only mow, trim and edge but also pull the weeds from my flower beds. If they see something that needs to be done they take care of it.
They can also help you with landscape architecture, if you are stuck for an idea of what will look good in your yard they have great suggestions and will install at very fair prices. I've had them completely re-landscape my backyard and install french drains and now it looks amazing.
It's obvious that Mayday's takes pride in their work.

I have been using Jason's company for several years with excellent results. He knows his profession well and is very conscientious. Work is always performed on schedule and my lawn looks better than ever. Cost of service is comparable to the larger services (TruGreen, etc.) but the results are much better. I highly recommend his company.
