They promise but no one calls or shows up when they say they will. I stayed home 2 days waiting for the tech, but no show.

They are very prompt, they are usually there the same day or next day. They are also very thorough. I have them come out quarterly.

I would use them again in the future.

I am very satisfied with them. They come out four or five times a year. I pay on a yearly basis. They do good service. The workers seem competent. I am usually not home when they come but they seem to do the job. I have used them for a number of things. I think their prices are competitive. I think they have the lowest price in town.

I have a contract with them. So far they just seem to be doing excellent service.

I am not happy with them. I have a lot of repairs to be done because of termite and water damage and they basically washed their hands off it saying if it was live termites in the wall then they would help me out with it. But since there are no live termites in the walls, I have to pay for those. So I am in the middle of all that stuff right now. They say termite damage was done before we got them. But we have them for over 15 years. I put them down (rate) as an "F" right now. Because I am spending several thousand dollars to repair the damages. They were pretty professional the way they told me they were not gonna do anything. They were nice people but somewhere in there they did not take responsibility. They were responsive. They came when I called them. for the price, I give them an "A". The price was good but the value was not. I am still going to use them because I am in contract with them.

I have an annual contract with them. They are here all of the time. My experience with them has been very good. They do a good job and I will continue to use them in the future.

They come out monthly. They do the lawn treatment and care. They put fertilizer down. They also do the pest control. Their rates are reasonable. They are not always prompt. I have been waiting for them to get back with me on a pest control problem for over a week. I have been thinking of transferring over to another company.

The company used to be Middleton. They're not as good as Middleton was, but I would use them again.
