I was a Massey customer for the last year, and cancelled this past May 2019 due to quality and delivery issues. I gave it about a year to see the weeds in my backyard start dying, however, even after waiting this long they weren't. I have cameras around the front and backyard of my house, so I monitored Massey's services for the last 3 treatments. For 2 of the days, the serviceman did not come to my backyard. The 1 day they came was when a supervisor was with them, because I complained that the weeds in my backyard were not being treated. However, I now understood why my yard was looking the way it was: they were treating the front but not the back, most likely because the front was visible to the public when they put their yard signs up and the back was not. Even after my cancellation, the service manager Vincent Zoccolillo still charged me for May knowing that I complained about them not completing the backyard, and informing them that I have the camera footage to prove it (which was frustrating because the backyard was untreated multiple times). Poor service and customer recovery overall. It's all been justified by the fact that I've had Luv-A-Lawn now for 3 months, and the weeds are gone, they put yard signs in the back, and I actually see them on camera treating my lawn. A bad experience for me with Massey overall.

Never a problem & very responsive to call-backs, although it's usually a lawn or shrub care question, and rarely do we have to ask them to return.

They come out three times a year. The quality is okay, but the grass is not like I want it. Its just one person that comes, he is not out there that long. If they are fertilizing they either have the hose out of their truck, if it's dry fertilizing, they are here for about 45 minutes.

They were very prompt at returning my calls and coming out for service. However, there was never a point in time when we didn't see bugs in the house. It got to the point where we were tired of calling to have them come out again because we didn't see any success after they did come out.

He was very thorough. Went behind all plugs in kitchen and bathrooms. Went up into attic and all around outside. We were having done carpenter ants now I keep finding them dead everywhere so the stuff must be working.

Massey showed up when he said he would be here. Always lets you know he is here. Very professional ever time he comes out. We have not had bugs in the house since we started the service many years ago.
We also have their yard service. If we see a problem with the yard they come up and fix the problem. The price for this service is very reasonable

My wife and I began a 12 month service plan last year to apply fertilizer and pest treatments to our lawn. Massey would come out for treatments every other month. They were always responsive when I had a concern and would usually get a tech out the next day which was nice. However. over the course of the 12 month period we used Massey, our grass continued to deteriorate each month even with regular rain in the summer. I had multiple calls in to have techs come out. They would always perform some type of treatment but my grass continued to look dull with several dead spots. After about 11 months, I decided to try another company for my lawn treatments. After only 2 weeks of using a different company, our grass is already healthier and greener than it's been in the last year. While researching other companies to replace Massey, it was explained to me that Massey is a great pest control company (I never used them for this service) but their experience in lawn fertilization leaves a lot to be desired. I called to cancel my service and spoke with Tina in their office. She was completely indifferent to my request to end my service and rushed me off the phone.

-Quick to get techs out to my house when I called.
-Customer Service was usually good.

I had 30 square feet in my yard that needed to be torn up. They took care of it and it looks great now. I even recomended them to my neighbors. The come just about every six week now to do something.
I called them the other day with an issue and they were out two days later to take care of it.

I have used them in the past because they have the termite bond on my house so I decided to use them for pest control. They were very nice and professional. The girl who came out to the pest control was extremely thorough. They are proper business people who actually do what they say they will do. They are reasonable and I will use them again in the future.
