As good as one can expect. They seemed very conscientious of the plants and you can tell they worked hard to clean my very dirty screens. A huge difference afterwards. They even did more pressure washing of my pavers and house than I expected.

Both the front end estimator and the technicians were first class - punctual, professional, responsive, and thorough. The results were better than we expected.

Highest price that I selected for quality. Roof cleaned in very short time, with a lot of damage to lawn, bushes, trees, and car parked in driveway that team assured me ok to leave it in. Reported damage was not fixed. Lesson learned, don't trust this company. Rushed job with a lot of damage, and empty promises that will waste your time.

It went well we had a little plant damage most of the plants came back Mallard is replacing the few that were burned.

They were punctual. My wife dealt with the estimator, and he gave a good report of what the work entailed. It was very easy to set up an appointment, and set up the down payment for the estimate.

They were terrific and I will call them, again!

Could not have been better to work with. Reasonably priced, showed up on time, very professional job. There was a question about a broken roof tile and they fixed it immediately. Office staff, estimator and cleaners were all excellent to work with.

The experience with the sales staff and the office was excellent.  Our neighborhood had negotiated a reduced rate with Mallard and it was applied without my asking when they did the quote.  

The men who came to do the work were punctual and professional.  The provided me with information on what they were going to do.   And after they finished they provided information about what they saw on my roof as to the condition of the shingles and potential issues.   
I would definitely hire this company again.

It is a good company. They had three workers performing the service. They left the area good.

WE SPARKLE NOW.  The team arrived on time, the foreman Zak was very easy to work with.  We walked around the house and reviewed the work to be done. The men set to work immediately and worked the entire time.  At the end we had a problem with a wall that had stubborn stains (from fertilizer spray).  It was a problem that could not be anticipated in the initial evaluation. 

A sign of a good company is how they handle a problem situation -  the Mallard staff and Manager - Todd, promptly responded to our concern, they determined how to remove the stubborn stain, a return visit was scheduled within the next couple of days. Zak returned and treated the stain, everything cleaned up.  The company did not charge us extra.

The work and results were excellent, I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company and how gracious they are.

An estimator came for the first appointment and checked out all that I wanted to have cleaned.  He gave me an estimate and described the process to me.  Then I got a call to schedule the cleaning.  They were scheduling out about a week.  On the day of the cleaning two gentlemen showed up on time.  They described the entire process to me.  They were very meticulous in their initial inspection of my roof and other areas to be cleaned.  I signed off on the review and they went to work.  I came home from work and all was clean.  They moved all of the furniture on my lanai and put it all back where it belonged.  My roof looked brand new and all else was very clean.  It was worth the money.  Even now, 2 months later, all is very clean.  They did an excellent job and I will use them again.  I highly recommend.  Only one thing I noticed, there was a slight smell around the house for a few days until we had a good rain.  I think it was a mix of the cleaning agent and all the crap that was on my roof.  Not a big deal and I wouldn't let it stop you from hiring this company.

I was given an arrival time of 1:30 - 2:30. I was at work, so I am not certain if they were there in that time frame. However, the job was finished by 5:00 p.m. when I arrived home. It looked FABULOUS !! So there HOA ! No more nasty letters from you. I am very, very pleased with their work and will definitely call Mallard in the future. I have also raved about Mallard to my co-workers as well. I'm just waiting for a neighbor to comment on how great it looks so I can tell them who to call. ***** (5 stars)
