They replaced and moved an exterior spigot. The service people were nice and efficient. They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They also took care to make sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.

We knew we had a shower leak problem that needed to be attended to. We gave them a call and with in 1.5 hours they were at our place. Had father & Son come in and took care of the problem and gave us a fair quote/repair. From beginning to end these guys were great. We had Mark Senior & Mark Jr. GREAT LOCALLY OWNED SERVICE!!!!

Long's Plumbing contacted me right away and we scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me - showed up on time and fixed a leak under a bathroom sink (main job) and while he was there I pointed out two other issues with toilets. One was a minor fix and the other required the toiled to be removed and the flange repaired. Took a while (which was OK - he didn't rush thru anything) and price was fair (not a bargain, but fair). Would definitely hire again - Think it is a father/son team and we got the son (Mark...I think, Jr.) - he was outstanding!

I have used many plumbers over the years and my experience with the Long family surpasses all others. Starting with Denise who took my first call and who made sure I received prompt attention... to Mark Sr. who responded promptly... to Mark Jr and David who came out to take care of my slab leak along with Mark Sr. All were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They came out on 4th of July after a late day call from me on July 3rd! Unheard of in the industry... and I and my wife are very appreciative that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. They worked in the rain and heat until the job was done and then they made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. I was very impressed. I strongly recommend Mark and his team for any plumbing project or problems....they will take care of you.

We have hired Longs Plumbing on 3 separate occasions to service an old house which we bought a year ago. They installed a new sink, faucet and drain lines in our garage workshop, repaired leaking faucets in 2 bathrooms, installed a new faucet in the butler's pantry, and replaced the backflow device at the water meter location. They are family owned and operated to maintain a solid reputation. They are professional, punctual, neat and fairly priced.

Very professional and friendly

Process was easy from start to finish. Called the office to set up appointment and was given Mark's cell number to text a picture of our backflow preventer. That allowed him to buy parts before coming to do the job instead of taking two visits, as well as give me a quick quote to replace. Quote was competitive with larger company I had also called, so I chose to go with family owned business. They came out when expected, were friendly and professional, and got the replacement installed quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Mark Long is a master plumber. He is able to do plumbing repairs and installations that other plumbers cannot do. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and prompt. I have since hired him to do several different jobs in several of my rental properties in addition to my own home.

I requested an estimate on-line on a Sunday morning, and within minutes I received a call from Mark Long. He came out Monday morning, exactly as promised, fixed my problem, and also fixed a leaky toilet. Work was done promptly, efficiently, and to my satisfaction. It was our first time ever needing a professional plumber, and having heard horror stories, I wasn't certain what to expect! I am, however, pleased to recommend this company to anyone at any time. You won't be disappointed!

I purchased a special from Angie's List for Long's plumbing to replace parts inside toilet. From initial contact, it was a good experience. Denise, in the office, was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. Appointment was scheduled for two days out -- which was great. Once they arrived and checked on toilet, it was determined the toilet had hairline fractures and a new toilet was needed. They got a new toilet installed quickly, and it is working great. Professional and fast. Would hire again.

I had a leaking faucet in the bathtub and a leaking toilet. They were on time and performed that were needed and then some. The bathtub required more work than what was originally quoted, so they came the following day to complete the job. Even with the extra work, the pricing was very fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. Mark Jr. was on site and consulted with Mark Sr. back at their office. They communicated well with each other and Mark Jr did the same with his on site assistant. They discussed a few approaches because it was more compicated than anticipated. They worked efficiently and delivered more than I expected. They had to cut the drywell, install a new fitting with a longer tee to the supply line. All the parts were on the truck. They left the site in a clean and ready to use. The cost came in as estimated.

Fantastic from the beginning. Mrs. Long was communicative and provided estimates over the phone. Mr. Long and his crew were able to arrive the same day I called to do the work without overcharging. There were several obstacles encountered due to my new cabinet installation and how my marble countertop holes were drilled. Longs Plumbing made it all work the same day without missing a beat.
