We called the gas company and let them know our water heater was leaking and we needed it replaced asap. The gas company sold us a new water heater and let us know they have a local company Legacy that does a lot of work for them and they most likely will come the same day. The lady at the gas company forwarded Legacy my info and Legacy called me within 10 minutes letting me know they had a tech headed to the supply house to pick up the water heater we purchased from the gas company, and then he would be headed our direction. That was fast, usually when you are told same day companies have you waiting literally allday. The young man who showed up was very nice and cordial and explained everything to me as he was installing the water heater. The whole process from the time I called the gas company until they hauled my old water heater away took about 3-4 hours. I could not have been more impressed.
