Much better than the closing company used for the sale of my old home. Most closing companies rush you through the documents to sign and want to get in and out. An older woman handled our closing who seemed to have been in the business for decades and knew EVERYTHING I had a question about (title insurance, property insurance, escrow, etc). She took her time with each page and explained the terms of closing as well. I wish I could close on more houses to use them!
