True professionals! On time, extremely knowledgeable. Creative and solution oriented. Hired originally to complete some work another contractor did not finish as well as punch list type items from a 4 year old remodel. They exposed some engineering design issues from the original remodel that led to rotting wood on a patio / balcony extension and quoted an amazing price for that scope revision to include true fix of issue because they wanted it done right. They also solved another issue (leaking AC compressor) that was not on my list because they had experience with air conditioning. This team executes very high quality work and demonstrates superior knowledge of all things construction related. I would hire them again and have already added another job to the scope.

Sammy talked a good game and promised to get my pool crystal clearn after the hurricane. It still is not clear and the pool pump was running with no water going thru. I strongly believe that the Hayward pool pump will soon fail because of running without water. I think the lines were plugged with leaves after my pool screen was damaged from the hurricane. I discussed this with Sammy and he assured me he knew what he was doing. Now I don't feel this is true. To be fair I told him I would give him one month to get this mess straighten out, if he doesn't get this pool spotless - I will hire someone else. It really got me mad when he promised to come back in 3 days after the first cleaning, but failed to show up and did not call me.

This company was very attentive and professional. Sammy contacted me before I was finished on the Home Advisor site. I gave me realistic time frames for completing the service. As this was for my mother's house and I was not on site he sent pictures of the finished job. A+ all the way. I would highly recommend them!
