I hired Jennifer King of Kelly Price & Company to manage a rental property in Winter Park. Although she was able to find tenants quickly, she did not appear to be experienced in dealing with those tenants when they did not pay their rent. I expected that a competent property manager would be adept in either collecting unpaid rent or beginning eviction proceedings, but Jennifer acted like a "deer in the headlights" when confronted with this situation.
I have had greater success in finding my own tenants and performing administrative functions for myself.
I would recommend against hiring this company for property management.

This was the first time I had used their services. They were real professional. They have an upscale office and even net with me on a holiday. They are real convenient.
