Overall excellent. I've used these guys since my first pool in 1988 (when, by the way, he showed up to my house--I as a noobie--and explained the difference between algae pool wall stains. He charged me nothing). Continue to be a loyal customer.

My neighbor recommended that I call Kelley's and I'm very happy with the end result. Chris came out to do the install, and he worked quickly and carefully. The new heater didn't fit exactly the same as my old one since the inlet and outlet and electrical and gas connections were in different places. This meant that he had to do some extra PVC piping to make it all work, and I liked that Chris explained all this to me before he did it. Some people just assume the customer doesn't know or care any different and they just do the easiest thing, but that's not the way Chris treated me at all. In fact the whole time he was installing the heater I was asking questions about it and he was very patient and knowledgeable. When he was done, he showed me the warranty card and encouraged me to fill it out and send it in to Pentair right away because he said they were great about honoring the warranty in the few times he had encountered a problem with their heaters. I don't think anyone has ever talked me through the warranty card process before - and I usually don't send them in anyway. So I'm glad Chris took a moment to do that. He was a very nice and polite to me and my wife and kids (who all came out to see how it was going and look over his shoulder!) I also liked how he hauled my old heater and trash away when he left. Overall it was a great experience and although it was tough to bite that bullet of dropping big bucks on a new pool heater, I feel better after watching Kelley's put it in and explain it all to me. This guy does this for a living so I figure he has lots of experience to draw from when he visits a new customer like me, and I think he could have tried to sell me a more expensive heater, but he didn't try to make the most money on me - he sold me the brand and size that he thought was the best fit for our pool/spa, and for how we use it.

They basically had to rebuild the whole enclosure, starting only with the uprights and the deck. The new "room" looks beautiful and functions well. He did the work quickly and he and his crew were pleasant and easy to have around. I would definitely recommend them.

Kelley s Pool Service is a wonderful family run company, they have been in business for a very long time. Chris treats you like your part of the family. They are reliable, professional and friendly. We highly recommend their cleaning service for all pools in our neighborhood.
