JONATHAN'S FLOWERS

Initially, the online web site (http://jonathansflowers.com/) using my tablet could not complete the order. I tried to order the Sunshine Splendor arrangement. The order would not complete and I had to wait until the next day and use my desktop to create the order. The flowers were delivered on the date I requested. I even sent a thank you email to Jonathan, or the person who said they were Jonathan, thanking them for the prompt service. Then, the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement. It was not even close to what I ordered. It was not much above the level of buy a floral arrangement at the local grocery store. Since some flowers were delivered that the recipient was happy with, a 50% refund would be acceptable or send a replacement order that matches what I ordered online. The $25 gift certificate that was offered is unacceptable because as I will not be using this florist again .

It was fantastic . Jonathan had great creative ideas, and the flowers were beautiful and reasonably priced.We had table centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres.Jonathan's approach was very modern and stylish.Everything was beautiful.It was a great experience.
