The service provider was very patient and personable when dealing with a time constraint due to the weather. They came out for multiple quotes before and after cement work was done on the deck, and gave advice on the proper way to fix the pool deck slab. They patched holes that were drilled for pressure grouting and repaired cracks in the Chattahoochee. They spent more time than estimated using smaller well matched rocks to fill in small cracks. The deck looks great without having to replace the entire surface.

Work was done timely and professionally. Money well spent. Completely satisfied.

I have used Jand J for many years now. They pressure wash and
seal my deck every few years. It is a two day process. One to wash,
one to seal. When finished the deck looks brand new and sparkles
like diamonds. You will never meet more reliable and respectable
contractors.

These guys know what they are doing and it shows. They told me what they were going to do - pressure wash and then start at top of house and paint. They have worked together 25+ years - did little talking - just work, work, work. Then they painted interior kitchen and Florida room. Work outside was better than work inside but I love my new kitchen color!

I love my Chattahoochee stone, and needed to re-glaze, but my previous service provider had retired and the last crew I hired used poor epoxy and generally did a below par job. There are few companies that deal with Chattahoochee stone any more so I was nervous about taking on the services of "the only game in town." However, I couldn't be more pleased. Jerry from J and J Chattahoochee Stone answered my call promptly, gave a detailed free estimate, did a thorough inspection of the work needing to be done. The service was scheduled and performed a week later. They went to a great deal of trouble to match the existing front porch stone to what they would use on the walkway, custom mixing to stone to give a very good match (even gave me a choice of 2 samples). "Boot" is a true artist, took great pains to accommodate the curves of the walkway. The overall result was that the Chattahoochee stone looks brand new, sparkly and has had its shelf life extended greatly. These folks really know Chattahoochee stone and the principles of excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend.

From start to finish it went well. I had all the furniture and knickyknacks cleaned out before they came to start. It took two days. These guys start promptly at 10:30a - usually a bit earlier. They end around 3p or 4p depending on the job that day. They are very quiet workers - no radio, music, headsets. Just work-work-work! Again I was very happy with their job. When I walked into the kitchen the next morning it felt like my kitchen for the first time.

First talked with Jerry who had a cold - and so did I. Real bad February cold. We agreed to talk later in the week. Gene - his partner - called a few days later. I was feeling better so we scheduled an appt. for an estimate. I got the estimate over the weekend and it was the best of the lot. He spent the most time with me - double or more the time than the other two estimates. Gene explained how long the process would take and what would happen each day. Between the time I was gathering estimates I had selected the paint color and had it approved by the Homeowners association. So when I had all the estimates I was ready to go. All went as stated and planned. My husband and I are very happy with the results and the way they stand behind their work. They are the most professional contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Called for an estimate, left message. Gene called back, came out look at the job, next day faxed me an estimate. Gene followed up very well during the bid process. Several other things came up for us and we elected to let the deck job hold for a while. Almost 2 months went by and he call just to see where we were in the process. We elected to let them do the job. They scheduled it within a week. It is now done and looks excellent. These guys know Chattahoochee Stone Decks!

THEY ARE GOOD. THEY HAD ORIGINALLY DONE IT, AND THEY COME BACK ONCE EVERY YEAR AND HAVE TO RESEAL IT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB AND HAVE BEEN FAIR ON THE PRICE. THEY'RE IN AND OUT. THEY DON'T TAKE A LOT OF TIME, AND YOU CAN TELL THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
