My power bill went down $40 last month and my husband and I were happy with the whole project. A few little things happened like some tar on a window sill and a little spot on the stucco but they fixed it and paid to repair the stucoo. This is a local company that stands behind their work and they are a company with integrity. We highly recommend them- you really do get what you pay for.
The communication was horrible. A person would show up at my door saying that had a delivery of supplies and no one had contacted me to let me know the date of the roof replacement. I informed them that I did not have HOA approval yet and they could not commence the work until that happened. They left the supplies on my lawn which ended up dying in that spot as a result. Once I informed them that I had HOA approval, I received a call to say a dumpster would be there the next day and put in my driveway. I informed the representative that he could not do so because he would be blocking my vehicle that was in the garage from being able to leave. The other side of the driveway was blocked with my son's vehicle who is serving overseas and has a dead battery. Despite this, I woke up at 7:00 a.m. the next morning to people on my roof. When I walked out the front door, there was the dumpster in my driveway blocking my ability to leave my house. I had a very important sales meeting that morning so I started calling my two contacts from the roofing company who did not answer. I then called the number on the dumpster and they told me someone would come move in within 40 minutes. After two hours, I started calling everyone again. I found the local corporate number and she said she was sending a manager out to move it. Five hours later, the manger arrived to move the dumpster. Upon arriving home from work, I sat down to watch TV only to find that my TV was not working. I walked out side only to find my satellite dish hanging off the side of my house. Now I have to wait three days and pay $50 for Directv to reinstall my satellite dish.
