I feel I need to warn people about this company and the way they do business. It recently came to light that they had installed our ac unit without getting a permit or inspection on completion. I contacted Mark the owner, and asked him if it was their normal procedure to organize a permit and inspection on their work - he said it was. I said I couldn't find record of ours in the county records. I asked if he could help rectify this, so we would have the necessary paperwork to prove the job had been done up to code and had passed inspection. He said he'd look into it and then ignored several follow up calls I made after hearing nothing back. We hope to sell our house next year and without the permit and inspection to prove the unit was installed up to code - we will probably have no choice but to replace the unit and start from scratch - as Home Masters Air obviously have no intention of helping us in any way. Be warned against working with a company who do ac installations that they are not prepared to have inspected upon completion - as is required. I would have put a warning review on their website too, but surprise surprise they don't have one - probably collapsed under the weight of all the negative comments! We should have known when the 'new' unit they installed broke down and had to be replaced a month after they had installed it - that they weren't the professionals they claimed to be! We made a mistake in not being educated on the processes that should have been followed for the installation - don't make the same costly mistake - take your business elsewhere!!

Not reliable! They are we’re dishonest and made excuses. I was told AC needed a new Carrier fan motor and it was a special order from Miami and they would be back in 3 days to repair after receiving part. When I called I wasn’t on there schedule, they told me it would be another 4-5 days before they could get it repaired. Feel like I’m getting the run around and owner made excuses with no apology. So I called Ferran and part was in stock at Carrier Orlando. Ferran Came out same day and installed! AC is working:)

Not only did they diagnose the issue (capacitor), but they were able to fix it in a very quick and efficient manner. Completely professional from the phone call to request service to the time to pay. Amazing customer service and honesty. Representative Matthew showed me the part and explained what it did to help me understand why it broke when I asked.

I have used this service for several years. I custom built my home about six years ago and used the service that did the initial install for a few years. After living in the home for a while, I decided I needed to zone one of my units to help the cooling in the secondary bedrooms. The initial service company did the install but I started having issues with the system shutting down with errors. I don’t recall how I found Home Master Air, but I did end up paying them to correct the install (the other company decided to take the easy install which did not work). I have had no problem since with the zoning. I also had them install an integrated whole house dehumidifier. I have three A/C units and I pay them to service twice a year. They also did a warranty replacement on the dehumidifier and a coil in one of the units. I highly recommend this company.
