Jason and his assistant, Chad, arrived on time. I was scheduled on Sunday which was perfect since I work during the week. I had contacted them the Wednesday before. They provide weekend service. They advised me how they intended to remove carpet stains; they were efficient and very polite. The service was reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again. They also clean tile.
