Description of Work: We have two BMWs they service. They are very expensive, but they met our needs perfectly. They have snack bar and they serve really good food. They always wash car, no matter what I’m there for. They do a very good job.

Both the sales and service staff have always been very professional. Little touches such as free car washes and loaner cars have always been appreciated.

+ -1 moreWe were on our way on a Saturday for a family function in our brand new 2013 BMW X5 and proceeded to get a large bolt in our tires. We drove straight to the BMW dealer where they replaced our brand new 20" run flat tire under our tire warranty for $50. It only took 2 hours on a Saturday without an appointment and we got to eat free in the lounge, use the free Wi-Fi and play video games with the kids as we waited.
Description of Work: Change a tire under warranty.

+ -1 moreFields refused to reset the service indicator lights. If I wanted the lights to be reset, I had to purchase the more expensive oil change service. In my experiences, Fields is very difficult to work with, and would not recommend them for any type of service or to purchase a car. To reset the lights would take only a minute or two---so why did they refuse?

Description of Work: Beware, of going here if BMW is not under warranty! I had my oil changed which was all fine, then a couple of days later a warning light came on / transmission malfunction. When I took it back they told me that the clutch needed to replaced at $5k! I reluctantly agreed to replace it. As I started to inquire why it would go out after only 40k miles - I asked to see the fly wheel and it was FINE! A week later the car locked up and it then needed another part??! Another $2k. This last week I had my oil changed at this location, and the transmission light came on again! This dealership sets you and for additional work that is not needed so they can make additional profit! BEWARE, instincts tell me that they are not credible!!

+ 0 moreFields BMW is a good place to take my BMW. The customer service and the mechanics are great. I have never had any problems with my vehicle. Sometimes I have to wait and it can be majorly expensive.
Description of Work: They did a tune up, oil change, diagnostic, spark plug change, alignment, tire rotation, filter change and wire check on my 1997 BMW with 30,000 miles on it. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the evening.

+ -1 moreThey even have a chef that will make you breakfast if you want! When you go there they assign a person for you and they are always very nice. It s beautifully laid out and very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to others. It s really a luxury place!

+ -1 moreWe bought a used BMW Z3 Roadster car there. It still had a warranty but it was a lemon! They offered a new one at a good discounted rate. After 2 years, the battery went bad and we took it back. They informed us that we had not driven it enough and they would not cover it. I feel that the sales department was very good but the service department is poor.
