Very quick scheduling (next-day), two inspectors (Tim and Ron) came over and spent over 2 hours reviewing the home. They were punctual, thorough and knowledgable. The written report was detailed and available the next business day. They recommended completing the Wind Mitigation along with the inspection and it has will be saving us a good amount on the homeowner's policy. Not often that I'm in need of home inspections but various coworkers have used Fidelity before and have only mentioned positive experience.
