Ken is a subcontractor for a kitchen/bathroom remodeling firm in Apopka. He showed up the first day with this HUGE enclosed trailer that contained all of his tools and the equipment required for the job. Our house is an "open" style so the first thing he did was put plastic sheeting on all the furniture in the living room, dining room, and family room. He used the plastic to build a barrier around the kitchen. I am retired so I got to watch him work and from the beginning it was apparent he had done this many times. He was very efficient removing the appliances and dismantling the old cabinets. The work was started just before Thanksgiving and we went out of town for a week, leaving Ken a set of keys. When we got back a soffitt and spindle wall had been removed and the wiring rerouted to the new location of the range and over-the-range microwave. He did a marvelous
 job installing some difficult backsplash tiles. Another person had done the drywall repairs and painting. We had some minor issues with the appearance of the drywall and Ken repaired them and repainted. After the cabinets were installed and the counter top installed we found that the lighting we originally selected would not work so Ken made some suggestions and replaced the lighting fixtures. Ken showed up every morning when he said he would and takes great pride in his work. We are planning some bathroom remodeling later this year and will definitely contact Ken!

I have know Robert as a painter for several years now. The relationship has bloomed into good friendship. One of his strong suits is his thorough knowledge of correct surface preps and primers for various surfaces and finish paints. He is very neat and approaches the job in a very organized and logical way. I liken him to the guys that do the painting at Disney World. He did a beautiful job on our home and the recently completed home office is also beautiful. The built in bookcases were oak and a little crude. When Robert finished with the oil base prep coat and two acrylic finish coats they look like something delivered from the furniture store. Robert works at a steady unhurried pace and yet the finished product seems to unfold quickly. I recommend Robert to all of my friends and neighbors.
