The plumber and his associate arrived in less time than estimated, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional.  I could not have imagined a better experience. 
Also, they give military and senior discounts, and have no additional charges for emergencies.  My service date is Labor Day.
I had used their services several years ago and was equally pleased. This is definitely a company which, whenever you need a plumber, you can count on for the perfect "encore".  Their name says it all and makes it easy to remember. I certainly did.  If there were a letter grade higher than A, I would give it to them.
P.S. I think the phone number you have for them is wrong.  I contacted them at 407-394-6489.  That is also the number printed on their invoice.  Please correct it so people don't call the wrong number and get frustrated when they can't make contact.

Although he did come later than planned, the plumber did call me to let me know his progress, and when he'd arrive. Once here, he went to work promptly, and professionaly. He told me where one of the water shut-offs for my house is located, if I ever had an emergency. This job took ten minutes to do; the price I paid was based on the job. Plumbers can charge based on what certain jobs require, or by hourly labor charge; aquestion to ask when calling one. I've dealt with both; you have to consider what the plumbing problem appears to be, and what might be required for the fix. The plumber also showed me a couple of bits of soder that were in the water, and asked how old the house was; 20 years. He said that, after 20-25 years, copper and soder plumbing systems can start to break down; I should be on the lookout for any persistently high water bills, for potential leakage. A word to the wise!
